Privacy note
Draft for review. This text explains in plain words what the early access form stores. It is not yet the full privacy statement, which a lawyer will write before launch.
The early access list
When you register, we keep: your email address, what describes you (collector, dealer, museum ...), what you collect, the size of your collection, your country, your answer to the insurance question, how you heard about us, the invite or event code you arrived with, and when you registered and confirmed.
We also keep a one-way fingerprint of your internet address, to stop one connection from flooding the list. We cannot turn it back into the address.
Why
To invite you to Tessera, to choose a varied first group, and to plan the launch (which countries, which kinds of collection, whether insurance through Tessera is wanted). We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Emails
A confirmation link, a short update about once a month, and your invitation. If you tick the box for it, also one email a week about one feature, with a question about what you think of it; your answers are kept with the feature and your registration. The link in our emails opens your place on the list, which has a button to leave it.
Where it is kept
In the European Union, with our database provider (Supabase, Ireland) and our email provider (Brevo).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
